CloudShell not working in region eu-west-1

Question

The CloudShell in region `eu-central-1` is not working anymore for any of our accounts (I have tried 4-5 different ones that we use). 
It used to work well and nothing changed in our set up.

The error I get is:

This continues and it is not solved by refreshing the browser, nor restarting the cloudshell.

The account seems to work fine in other regions like `us-east-1`.
