Can I use a regex as a utterance for an Amazon Lex bot?

I want a bot to trigger a yes intent when the user says "Yes, I accept" and trigger a no intent when the user says "No, I don't accept". However, when the user says only "Yes" it triggers the first intent, how can I avoid this behaviour?
