Hi Suresh, you will need to delete the resources that incurs cost - use the Cost Explorer view and delete the relevant resources that are incurring costs. However, if you want to stop all charges and services usage, you will need to delete your account entirely, please follow the steps here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/close-account.html#closing-the-account
