Compare the above with what you're seeing under AWS Console > Billing & Cost Management > Cost Explorer > Cost Breakdown > ElastiCache

In the AWS Console search for and go into Support Center. Select Account & Billing, then select Create case. If there should be no charges based on the above for ElastiCache, request that the billing amount be adjusted accordingly.
