All development stage in one account

Hi Folks,

I am in a company where we are using AWS and we are having 4 stages as "Development", "Acceptance", "Sandbox" and "Production" for all four we can login at a time then logout and signing to other stage. So we are thinking to have a Dashboard to place all four stages in one place. Where we just can easily switch the stages and get all the services stage wise. So is there any way how can we implement within or outside AWS.
