Hello!
I can't find a public IP or domain to access the service I launched with ECS.
Okay, so I start with the guided setup:
https://eu-central-1.console.aws.amazon.com/ecs/home?region=eu-central-1#/firstRun
And I stick with every default setting - I don't change anything.
I see the live monitoring of AWS spinning up the cluster. It finishes successful.
What I would expect now is first of all a new EC2 instance in eu-central-1 and also a public IP or domain to admire the sample app. But nothing.
I suppose I am fundamentally misunderstanding something here.
Kind Regards
Raffael

hi, I notice you have self-answered your question and believe you are discussing AWSVPC mode of ECS networking as described in this ECS best practices guide - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/pdfs/AmazonECS/latest/bestpracticesguide/bestpracticesguide.pdf. Check the guide for different ECS networking options. Also if you are satisfied with your answer, please accept it
