access the ec2 instance using ssh, ssm with iam credentials

is it possible to access the ec2 instance using ssh, ssm with iam credentials? This is to log all activities who access the instance.

its working but how to use this for multiple users who access the instance?

AWS Session manager is also an option https://docs.aws.amazon.com/systems-manager/latest/userguide/session-manager.html CloudTrail will log who logs in, but it will not log what the user does.
