We have been making extensive use of AWS Bedrock the past couple months. I've noticed that I sometimes get an Internal Server Exception
when trying to Retrieve or retrieveAndGenerate. This happens with the AWS Console or using the user program we created.
The only way I've been able to 'fix' it, is if I delete the KnowledgeBase and make a new one. This is frustrating because it can take upwards of 2 days to sync the Knowledge Base with Titan as well as the associated cost with paying for the Knowledge Base itself and the embedding costs.
We currently have 7 KnowledgeBases and this has happened three times
Please advise.
We don't pay for support so I can't make a case that I am aware of....

I understand the support is not an option for all but with a message/error such as you list it is the best scenarios to resolve the issue.
