You can use get-app-monitor-data via AWS CLI or API https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cli/latest/reference/rum/get-app-monitor-data.html
to retrieve the raw performance events that RUM has collected from your web application, so that you can do your own processing or analysis of this data. (including CSV creation)

You can fetch all RUM data using the API given above and then filter for Page Load times. You can also enable sending all RUM event data to CloudWatch Logs and running queries on CW Logs.
