Soft bounce or hard bounce?
For soft bounce, check the following items.
- The recipient's mailbox is full.
- The recipient's mailbox is temporarily unavailable.
- Server limits are exceeded.
- The server is overloaded.
For hard bounce, please check the following items.
- Does the destination email address exist?
- Is the recipient rejecting the email?
