What is the latency/SLA of STL_INSERT, STL_DELETE and STL_QUERY? For example, how soon after an INSERT query is run is it guaranteed to show up in STL INSERT?
Can a query show up in STL_INSERT but be missing in STL QUERY and therefore be lost if the tables are joined together?
