Moving Folders/Files no Database

have you checked for any 3rd party tools? there are tools that help you transfer over the files over, however after you complete , you must delete that tool from source machine as this will have your credentials. otherwise another option is to install the AWS CLI tool in that machine and configure and run the s3 cp command to transfer files. however this is not a good idea as it will require your key access on that local machine.
