AWS Credit for Company

Question

I would like to add a few hundred euros per quarter to my account using my company credit card, so that I can later be paid from this credit every time I use the S3 service. Is there a way to do this? However, my company does not want to be billed or paid per use, but once per quarter. When a credit is posted, an invoice must be issued immediately.

For the first part of your question, this can be achieved by  using Advance Pay https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/manage-advancepay.html

I note your requirement to use Euros, whereas Advance Pay requires 
> The amount must be entered in US dollars

and

> To use Advance Pay, you must meet eligibility requirements to add a US bank account as an ACH direct debit payment method.

On your second point, AWS on a monthly billing cycle and I don't think this can be changed to quarterly.
