Skill Builder login - 494 error

Hi, I have 494 ERROR trying to log into my AWS Skill Builder profile. The note is 'Bad request. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.' Please help. I am using my personal email and need access ASAP for AAI certification prep

Hi, While these steps are not a definitive workaround, if I were you, I would try these:

  • Wait a bit and then retry logging in, considering it might just be a temporary server issue.
  • Ensure your internet connection is stable, as connectivity issues can sometimes cause errors.
  • Attempt to log in using a different browser or incognito mode, which can help bypass browser-specific problems.
  • Temporarily disable any VPN or firewall to check if they might be blocking access to the site.
  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies, which can resolve conflicts that prevent successful logins.
