How can Code Pipeline change only the committed files

Hi,
I am trying to set up Codepipeline with my EC2 and its working properly however is it possible to get the files that are only changed/committed and not override all the files from the codecommit ?
I am using CodeDeploy but its changing all the files from Codecommit and not the ones that I changed in the last commit. Is there a setting I'm missing please ?

Sorry, I tried deploying in my environment and all files were updated.
By the way, why don't you want to change it?
