AWS Glue not able to connect to AWS RDS Aurora PostgreSQL instance

I am setting up the Connection in AWS Glue, trying to connect to my dev db instance (AWS rds Aurora PostgreSQL), I double checked VPC, subnet and setup the inbound rule to allow incoming connections to the db. At the step of "Test Connection", it failed and providing me the following error message (not much information I can follow for debugging):

Please help!

BTW, I am able to connect to the db instance using DBVisualizer using the same username and password, so login has no problem.
