Hi, A few ways to block inbound calls from specific phone numbers in Amazon Connect: 1.- Add the phone numbers to your instance's disallowed phone number list. This will prevent those numbers from being able to call your instance. https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/connect-deny-list-numbers 2.- Within contact flows, you can use the "Decision" block to check the caller ID of an inbound call against the blocked numbers list. The flow can then skip that call or tag it as spam.
