Initiate the Verification Process: Look for an option or link related to verifying your account. This may be labeled as "Verify Account" or "Verify Your Identity."
=>Follow the Instructions: AWS will provide instructions on how to complete the verification process. This may involve confirming your email address, providing additional contact information, or verifying your identity through a phone call or text message.
=>Complete Verification Steps: Follow the prompts and provide any required information or documentation to complete the verification process. Confirmation: Once you've completed the verification steps, AWS will confirm that your account has been successfully verified. You may receive an email or see a confirmation message in the Support Center.

- Navigate to the Payment preferences page of the AWS Billing console and ensure that your credit card is verified. See Troubleshoot unverified credit cards.
- Navigate to the Payment preferences page of the AWS Billing console and update your billing contact information.
- Contact your bank to confirm that your contact information is up to date.
- Contact your bank for details about why your verification has failed.
- Clear your cache and cookies or use a different browser.
You must contact the bank to find out whether the visa works on AWS online or not...and if you reach to solution, you can return to AWS support and create ticket to help you solve it, but it is better to change the visa.
