The email that has been send from SES is not recieved by the end user

I have Production access in my Aws SES Service and I have send Test email from a verified identity ( That was my personal Gmail ). when I verified my company email address and send a test mail it shows that the email had been send successfully but not recieved by the end user . I contacted my Company IT team to ensure that there is no blocker or restriction in sending email from company mail id . So what is the actual reason behind this

Do you have the corresponding e-mail address on your suppression list?
If you are on this list, you will not receive emails.
You can check it by following the methods in the following document.
