All WorkMail Emails in Organization Going To Junk - No Rules

All of my organization's emails in Amazon WorkMail are going to their junk folders and we haven't changed anything in the organization settings. Any idea how to fix this?

  • Also have this problem where my emails from a verified domain in WorkMail are ending up in their junk mail (and we do not send out marketing spam emails from our domain) - So now one has to upgrade to a support plan to submit a query to AWS to try find out why this is happening!
