IAM access and account management

Hi i have a root user account free tier and i am unable to access IAM service and also not being able to open security credentials option in my account...when i click on IAM service the page directs to another page which says complete registration and verify payment...although my regisration is complete and payment method is verified.

Based on what you described, it seems that you have already completed the sign up process. Account activation usually takes a few minutes but can take sometimes up to 24 hours.

I believe you have already taken care of all the steps mentioned here at this AWS Documentation, just take a look at this and make sure nothing was missed just to be double sure.

Wait 24 hours and you should be able to access the account. If it doesn't work even after that, log a support case using "Account and billing" category by following the instructions from Creating support cases and case management, mention all the details, someone from support would be able to help you.

  • Thank you for the reply ,but it has been 2 weeks since i have completed registration and it is still not working.

  • Then, as I mentioned, you should submit the support case to AWS and someone should be able to help and assist you further.

yes it is on verification team write same as per billing address and address on account should be same .check email as well.it take time to get account activate
