I have two instances running of open EMR and access one of them for about one hour per day. I dont understand how that accounts for 654 hours of usage in the first 9 days of the month

Are you referring to [OpenEMR in the marketplace offered by OpenEMR Foundation](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-gade7tuogrcn6#pdp-pricing)? I think they are charged per running hour. So if you have 2 instances constantly running for 9 days, it would be 24 x 9 x 2 = 432 hours.
