This usually means that the provided credentials for the AWS service account to your on-premises AD is incorrect. Please enter/update the correct credentials for the AWS service user to your on-premises AD. Check that the service account is not locked out/expired password as well
You mean a server account? AD Connector is already enabled, could it be an account issue?
When creating an ad connector, Isn't that the service account username and service account password? plz help meㅠㅠ
