Why can't I see Inf2 as an option when trying to launch an instance?

It seems to be available according to every online source I see.

Inf2 Instances are available now in us-east-1 and us-east-2. Please make sure that you have selected the right region and there are no organizational service control policies (SCP)  that might limit your access to certain services and/or instance types.

Inf2 Instaces can be launched either through [DLAMI](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/dlami/latest/devguide/launch.html#launch-from-console) directly or other [services](https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/instance-types/inf2/): ECS/EKS/SageMaker.
