SES - not able to receive emails from the containing domain btinternet.com?

Hi,

We are having an issue with a large number of customers not being able to email into our system due to the domain btinternet.com being blocked. is there a simple way to view all blocked IPs and addresses to see if it is just a simple case of adding the domain to the allowed domain list?
