Please refer to https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/userguide/replication-how-setup.html. Please note that If the source bucket has S3 Object Lock enabled, the destination buckets must also have S3 Object Lock enabled. To enable replication on a bucket that has Object Lock enabled, contact AWS Support by raising a support case.

    Thank you for the guidance, which means that there is no alternative way that we can create a replication rule for the bucket that has ObjectLock enabled? without contacting AWS support.
