Server refused our key

Make sure you are using the right default user name for your AMI https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/connection-prereqs.html

Hello, As advised it could be your user name (as per the AMI) or password which could be the reason, however it would be helpful if you can copy paste the error that you are receiving and the command you are using to exactly connect to the Server (assuming it is EC2).
