AWS::CE::AnomalyMonitor Not Available

Hi, I wanted to deploy AWS::CE::AnomalyMonitor in eu-west-1 using the cli (or gui). But I get: An error occurred (ValidationError) when calling the CreateChangeSet operation: Template format error: Unrecognized resource types: [AWS::CE::AnomalyMonitor]
