Sometimes AWS Console shows different amount of DQ Rules and Jobs in AWS Glue DataBrew Service

We have created 200+ rulesets. But AWS Console shows different amount of DQ Rules (can be 41, can be 100, random) and Jobs in AWS Glue DataBrew Service.

(Jobs limitations increased to 1500).

Sometimes I see this error on the AWS Console:

ListJobRuns hit service rate limit. Job status may be out of date. Try refreshing later.

I'm also attaching 2 Screenshots of DQ Rules and 2 Screenshots of Jobs.

Please help me to understand what can be the issue?
