Error while using the Lambda

I detected an unknown error and my lambda functions cannot be used. 
The error indicates that there was an unknown issue when attempting to access the Lambda function from the AWS Lambda console. It seems the console was unable to retrieve information about the function for an unknown reason.

Sometimes, browser-related issues can cause problems with the AWS Management Console. Try the following:
* Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
* Try accessing the console using a different browser or an incognito/private browsing session.
