Transfer PTR record to Route 53

Hi guys,

I have a question about PTR record.

When I transfer my domain from other DNS Provider to Route 53, the records include different types such as CNAME, A, PTR. My question is that should I add PTR records in another Public Hosted Zone or I can add PTR records in the same Public Hosted Zone with other records type (CNAME, A record).

Please help me check this problem since I have to transfer my DNS to Route 53 soon and make sure there is no downtime.
