Company URL's are down need help

Both sites are not coming up on internet and I am told that AWS went down, but that was 2-3 days ago.

Hello! The web server that is hosting that website is returning the HTTP code 200 ("OK"), which means there's no communication issue and that technically the website is up, despite showing a blank page.

As AWS does not have visibility inside the instances for your own security and privacy https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/shared-responsibility-model/ I recommend that your website administrator takes a look at the web server  files and Apache logs to determine what's causing this issue.
