StartResourceScan with ClientRequestToken provided results in an empty scan

When requesting a scan with ClientRequestToken the results are empty. Calling the same API without the parameter works fine - the scan takes much longer and ListResourceScanResources returns expected resources. I've tested it in two different accounts, and I'm using UUIDs extracted from Step Function Execution ID as a token.
