AWS S3 issues - Deleted bucket is still in list + Cannot write into bucket

0

I deleted a bucket but it remains in the bucket list although in the region column a red text says that isn't found. It seems the cache or the own console isn't updating the list. Is just like as this old post: https://repost.aws/questions/QUM-ci6DYJSOKjE4G91XXCxA/cannot-delete-bucket-and-recreate-it

Now, I have created a new bucket and I have exactly the same configuration from a production bucket. I'm trying to create a folder or upload a file via PHP SDK with Stream Wrapper inside the new one but I'm not being able to do it. I'm getting a 403 status code, although the policy allows to put/delete objects.

Bucket configurations have an eventual consistency model. i.e., If you delete a bucket and immediately list all buckets, the deleted bucket might still appear in the list. [+] https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/userguide/Welcome.html#ConsistencyModel

For the second query there can be many reasons of access denied can occur so we would require more information like IAM role/user policy who is accessing the S3 bucket, the S3 bucket policy and check if any KMS encryption is involved. You would also need to check the VPC endpoint policy if you are requesting from a VPC and using VPC endpoint. [+] https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/s3-troubleshoot-403

OK, for the last one part I figured out how to make it. For the first one, the deleted bucket has been dropped from the list.
