Using Nextjs Amplify(CodeBuild) SSG to S3. How do I build (ISR) new pages with user admin added data without rebuilding the whole site?

As the diagram shows, I can add new data from the admin frontend site. But for the new or changed pages to be updated the whole site has to be rebuilt. Incremental Static Regeneration seems to the answer, but does not appear to work with Amplify.

How do I trigger Amplify codebuild to build only a list of new pages with data from RDS?
