Certificate is not active

Hi,

I have requested some certificates for my domain. They were issued and I created the DNS records. But the certificate is not active when I browse my website.

Can someone explain to me why?

How do you access the website?  
For example, what happens if you access HTTPS directly like below?  
```
https://test.com
```

I think ACM issues an SSL certificate, but did you set the issued SSL certificate to ALB etc.?  
Specifically, you will need to do something like the document below.  
https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/elb-redirect-http-to-https-using-alb
