elastic beanstalk deletes my laravel project

I have an error with a backend's application, always that I configure the project this breaks and deletes all the files, and obviusly this generates an error, then when I do eb deploy from the project locally I get an error referring to composer due to this can't be used by the root user in the EC2 instance
