How to resolve a Single Sign-On (SSO) login failure caused by a buyer account review hold?

0

Hello, my root Amazon buyer account is currently under a return policy review hold. Because of Amazon's centralized Single Sign-On (SSO) architecture, this buyer-side restriction is blocking my access to the AWS management console and associated services. Standard support and OFM channels are unresponsive. Since normal support paths are looping, what is the proper internal escalation route or alternative procedure to resolve an SSO lockout affecting active AWS cloud infrastructure?
