My RDP wont open

Hello there I have been trying to enter my RDP in my laptop but I can not get into it, within my instance is working fine, I could not locate what the issue is, please help me.Enter image description here

Hello.

Do not expose your RDP password to the public.

Is RDP (3389) allowed in the inbound rules of the EC2 security group?
Also, is there a route to the Internet Gateway configured in the route table for the subnet on which EC2 is running?
