How to create an account for my team

I am creating an AWS account for my team Mexico Growth Marketing. The problem is it is asking me to add a credit card to the account. Can you advise the steps to activate the account without adding a personal credit card please?

The standard way to achieve what you want is to use consolidated billing, where you aggregate the payment of all bills of all your accounts in one single place.
