We have a problem when I started to create a Image from a snapshot. The interface show as the next message:

"Detected Conflicting billing products for AMI registration "

Without knowing more about the source AMI from which you are building your new image, and anything about the instance types being used, it's difficult to know where this comes from. But the "AWS Marketplace product codes" section of https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/APIReference/API_RegisterImage.html looks like it may have some pointers that would help you.
