AWS Free Credits expiry

0

I am writing to inquire about the possibility of extending the expiration date of the AWS credits granted to my account. I registered for the AWS free trial in December '22 and successfully obtained additional credits in March. However, with less than 60 days left until these credits expire, I haven't fully utilized them due to relying on the free tier access.

As we're currently developing a significant Proof of Concept (POC) on AWS, these credits would greatly facilitate our progress. Could you please advise on options to extend the credit validity or guide me through the process of applying for additional credits?

Your assistance in this matter would be invaluable to our project's success. Thank you for your attention and support.

Your best course of action is logging a billing support case with AWS, and if it's possible to extend the expiry date then they can do it (this isn't something that can be done on re:Post)

Account and billing -> Service: Billing -> Category: Credits & Promotions
