Issue Login to AWS Training cause lost phone number

Cant login to aws training cause lost phone number. I registered account in Japan with Japan Phone number. Now I am move back to Viet Nam and lost old number (+81) xxxxxxx3790. When I login to AWS Training that need code from old number.

Need help this case please.
