Hello.
As far as I know, there is no setting for notification the day before billing.
If you look at the document below, it says that the bill will be confirmed at the beginning of the month and will be billed within 3 to 5 days, so you should have your credit card ready by then.

Your AWS bill for the previous month is finalized at the beginning of each new month. Shortly after, the bill is charged to your default payment method, usually between the third and the fifth day of the month.
Note: The billing cycle is based in the UTC (+00:00) time zone.

Yes, generally, your monthly bill gets finalized between 1st and 3rd of each month (e.g. the bill for October gets finalized between 1st and 3rd of November). Therefore, depending when the bill is finalized, your card may be charged between 2nd and 5th. In most cases, it's around 3rd of each month.
