problems connection with putty (ssh)

Question

I can't connect to the VM with putty (ssh protocol), opening it and entering the IP of the instance doesn't say "login" and after a while the message appears that it's not possible to make any connection but until a few days ago I was able to make it. Do I need to carry out some checks? Am I doing something wrong?

When it works with IC, you will probably have solved your current putty issue with same fix.

Check to see if the security group rules allow traffic from port 22. Timeout issues are usually a result of security group rules.
