Hello.

If the EC2 security group or network ACL is not the cause, the EC2 CPU load may be the problem.
Please restart EC2 and check if you can SSH.
If you check the EC2 system log, you will probably see some errors.

    I have restart it, facing the same issue, the only way to connect to it through the serial connection, inside the machine I'm trying to ping any server it's fully isolated
