Inside AppStream, I need to refresh File Dialogues to see newly created Folders and Files

When open a File Dialogue in a running AppStream instance, and create a Folder (or File) there, I need to refresh the view to get that Folder to show. In regular Explorer it works as expected, but not in File Dialogues such as "Save As..."

Error description

I connect to an instance on a running fleet. The fleet has the raw image AWS\AppStream-Graphics-Design-WinServer2019-01-26-2024 with a set of applications added to the catalog. I start notepad and press "Save As...". From here I can press the New Folder button, or right click and select New -> Folder or New -> File. After doing this, I see no updates in the File Dialogue. I now need to press Reload to see the newly created Folder/File. See images below.

Is this a bug or can I fix this some how?!?
