AWS hybrid job is completed but quantum tasks within job have status failed

Recently a problem was encountered regarding access to jobs results. The job status is completed, however all of the tasks with job have status failed (reason: InternalFailure), and the results of the job are unavailable. In addition there are no results in in s3_folder/<job>/<tasks> folder. It seems as if the tasks results (screenshot attached ). At the same time a job with 3 quantum tasks was completed and the results saved. I would like to ask what might cause such a problem? Is there a limit for quantum tasks with a single job?

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about this experience. There is no limit for quantum tasks within a single job, just an adjustable limit on the overall runtime of the job. That doesn't seem to be the issue here, though. To help you further, we need a bit more information.
