Account Usage Bill

Hello, I have been using my AWS account and for some practice, the instances that I created were kept running. When I checked it's been charged as I believe my free tier credit points have expired. I have turned those services off now.

Can the bill amount be exempted, please? It was entirely for personal and learning purposes. Can anyone please help me?

Hello.
Since re:Post is a forum site, we cannot exempt your AWS account from billing.
So, please contact AWS Support by opening a case with "Account and billing".
When making inquiries, please explain in detail the current problem and that all services have been stopped and see if a waiver is possible.
