access_log a lot of reqests from AWS

HI All,
Recently I find a lot of requests from AMAZON-AES. 1.4k from asn: AS14618 AMAZON-AES, below is one of the sample ,  pls advice Thanks! 
asn: AS14618 AMAZON-AES
country : United States
Method: GET
query string : uery string
ip address: 23.22.35.162
?termid/page/2/page/2/page/3/page/3/page/3/page/3/page/2/page/3/page/2/page/3/page/2/page/2/page/2/page/3/
